5h ASEAL Summit  18th-19th January 2010 at CITITEL MID VALLEY - Kuala Lumpur hosted by DAGANG-Net Malaysia

Deputy International Trade and Industry Minister Datuk Mukhriz Mahathir, has officially launched the Fifth ASEALsummit with Mr Syed Muhamad, chairman of DAGANG-NET and Mr Dufour Jean-Marc, chairman of ASEAL.

During the two days, the 5th ASEAL summit provided valuable results on crossborder paperlesstrade, thank to high level of presentation and discussion by public sector

“Colombian proposal was accepted by all participants”.

Rule of procedure and charter will be updated to accept the proposal of Senegal and Colombia to be fully member of ASEAL. A pre-meeting will attend members to sign statutes in presence of official representative in Senegal.

The 6^th ASEAL  summit will be hosted by GAINDE2000, SENEGAL in January 2011.

New ASEAL web site powered by permanent secretariat for Asia Trade-van Taiwan has been designed for marketing & promotion with banner and link to UNCEFACT,  Global Trade Partner, Pan Asian Alliance, African alliance, Asian Development Bank, World Bank, and other organization.
